From the day 1,We had been told to get success in life we should have a nice marks in exams..Is that all enough???I wanna ask what about them who wants to succeed their careers in any specific field apart from Academics like Dancing,Sports???Does middle class families allows to participate in these fields???
Is it just need to follow what our parents say is it??? Still searching for these answers....
In the Past people were only concerned about the marks how success they could be...may be with the pressure of Parents or with Society !!!
Now Hope Scenario has been changed hope i guess People/Parents allow their kids to go into the specific path which they would be interested !!!
Some Kids/boys can deliver their feelings/frustration outside lead their life in frustration..Is it all necessary???
May the guy or girl who did tremendous in his/her academics now they work for some corporate office and other guy/girl who couldn't be but succeeded in his/her life in according to interest. whom you would vote for ???
Students who get into normal engineering colleges and Students who get into the IITs/NITs what is the difference between them ???
Only difference is marks... and i also agree that marks comes with talent But is it not possible that someone who is not good in academics and is talented...may are still exist in this wild planet...Let we take an example One student who got into IIT/NIT got a package of 10 lakhs and one student who gets into private college got a package of 2 lakhs. Then how would we remove this Big Gap..Although the work they deliver by the end of the day is same.Is there any way to do that???
A Student who did not do good in his academics,It does not mean that he/she is not a good student....
I wanna put this question why companies keep a criteria for any role that he/she has to be 60% through out in his/her academics.
Companies - Talent doesn't come with marks,It comes with inner skills which students never have shown it to external world.It doesn't mean that the students from IITs/NITs are dumb at the same time students from any private colleges are also not dumb...they also have so many innovative ideas..just think you will get to know the exact meaning out of it !!!!
